Herrerasaurus by Schleich. The Herrerasaurus was quite small compared to Giganotosaurus and Spinosaurus, which lived much later. It grew to only three to four meters tall. Its legs were very strong, and it could sprint as fast as a 100-meter runner. For a dinosaur, the Herrerasaurus had a rather unusual lower jaw, which it could push back and forth thanks to a movable joint. This allowed it to better catch its prey. It was named after the Argentinian goat farmer Victorino Herrera, who discovered its skeleton by chance in 1959.
