What is the delivery time for my order?

When you order something from Ervesto, the delivery time might be a bit different from what you're
used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our European warehouses, we can significantly save on storage and transport costs.
This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 1 to 5 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding
holidays)

What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?
Due to the enormous interest in our products, your product might arrive a little later
than expected. We hope for your understanding. If this period has passed and you still haven't received anything, please send an email to info@ervesto.com.
We will then investigate what's happening with your
package.

I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do this?
To return an item, simply contact our customer service at
info@ervesto.com. Include your name, order number (e.g., #0000) which
you received in the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the
return address and confirm the return. After that, you can send the
product to us via a courier of your choice.

What are the costs of returns?
Unfortunately, returns are at your own expense. The costs will therefore depend
on the courier. Please consult the website of the relevant courier you wish to
use for more information on prices.
Want us to create the return label for you? It's easy, email us and we will create a return label for you. After consultation, we will deduct the cost of the shipping label from the amount to be refunded.


What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
There is always a 14-day return period. The return period starts on the day you received the
item. However, there are conditions for returning
You can only return the item if:
● The return period has not yet expired;
● The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached;
● The product has not yet been used.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via iDeal, Bancontact, Credit card, and Klarna. If you are unsure
whether your payment method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to then view all possible options.
All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore
100% safe.

What if I haven't received a confirmation email for my order?
That's not supposed to happen. Please send an email with your full name and email to
info@ervesto.com. We will help you quickly.

Can I cancel my order?
Do you want to cancel your order for any reason? Send an email as soon as possible to
info@ervesto.com. Please include your name, order number
(e.g., #0000) which you received in the confirmation email, and also the reason why you
would like to cancel the order.
